Eric Blasen, ASLA, studied art history at the University of London, England (’83) and received his Bachelor of Science in Geography (’84) from Oregon State University and went on to earn his Masters of Landscape Architecture (’89) from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. After his studies he worked in Phoenix, Boston, and San Francisco for four years before establishing his design Practice in 1993. He is a registered landscape architect in California 3774. Eric has taught at California College of Arts and has served on many academic juries. He has also been invited to participated in several lectures. Silvina Blasen, studied Horticulture (’89) at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She received her Associates of Arts in Horticulture (’86) from Sierra College, Rocklin. After her studies she was a partner with Stienstra / Martierena Landscape Architecture-Design Build Garden Company in Buenos Aires, Argentina for two years. After that she worked as a Nursery Manager at Smith & Hawken before establishing her design Practice in 1993. Silvina is plant expert in the office and green advocate. Her passion for planting design and knowledge of the environment is brought to every project to create work that is creative and sustainable. She is also a member of the California Native Plant Society. |
